Multiprocess architecture. Version 0.3.0

We've done a lot of work since the last time :D

And now everyone can make their worlds even easier. From version 0.3.0 our platform will run your projects independently from main app. It will remove some restrictions he had earlier such as not reading godot project settings

*There is some drawbacks in performance we will improve later
If app doesn't run for some reason please let us know so we can fix it
